Not working: External hard drives
I bought this after reading reviews that said it was easy to connect to Xbox One. After receiving it, I plugged it in and tried to connect it. Xbox didn't even realize it was connected. Then I noticed that there was a light that ONLY came on when I held the cord a certain way. We thought it was a cable issue and tried replacing the cable. The new cable didn't fit either. The connector is very loose in the drive and wobbles if not held properly. The connection isn't maintained long enough to connect to the Xbox One. I ended up returning it and got a well known branded product for a similar price and it worked right away.
