I'm having a really hard time finding products that work with my curly, coarse hair. It was hard to make a decision after reading the reviews. But I decided to try. I thought it worked well at first but after a few uses it weighed down my hair and seemed to build up in it making it difficult to rinse out. I would recommend using a quarter size, massaging it well down the length of the hair, rinsing out lightly but not using any additional hair product on top. A little goes a long way, and maybe I'm just using too much. Some reviews stated that it works very well as a leave-in conditioner. I would not recommend this product if your hair is very curly, long and thick. It just seems to build up and is difficult to wash off.
