The perfect mask. Although it is for curly hair, I do not take it for even hair. Saturates. The hair is elastic, not fluffy.

I'm having a really hard time finding products that work with my curly, coarse hair. It was hard to make a decision after reading the reviews. But I decided to try. I thought it worked well at first but after a few uses it weighed down my hair and seemed to build up in it making it difficult to rinse out. I have just received this item and it appears to be in use and not sealed in plastic to open the item. Looks used. I ask for a replacement or refund. Half of the container was empty.
