Review on CLARKS Cotrell Loafer Tobacco Leather by Hank Mistretta

As per my other review on my new brown pair; Two of my favorite brown and black comfort boots were nearing the end of their lives after 10 YEARS of excellent foot support for the Road Warrior and I thought, it would just be a case of buying another set of well-known quality comfort shoes (as Clarks are traditional!) However, as I searched online and in local stores, the "Clarks shoes" I came across just never felt like the Clarks shoes I know and have proudly owned in the past!The quality has gone downhill!I decided to try the Revain offer on this item anyway.Bottom line the shoes look and feel great They look pretty good when I break them in; but one thing is for sure, all the customer complaints and reviews are certainly valid! It really seems that Clark's is "cheaper". "Choose quality" to compete with lower (like Revain) prices! It's safe to say these new Clarks probably won't last more than a few years if that's the case! And one last thing, there is so much polish coming off the leather on this black pair that I just rub it in. I hope it's not a color error of the leather!
