Update: increased to 3-stars for quick customer serviceAfter my initial review of the batteries, their representative reached out to help with troubleshooting the batteries. Of note, they told me that the standard voltage of rechargeable 9V batteries varies between 8.2-8.4V. Ultimately, the issue that I had with my current batch was that they were not retaining charge and even after a full discharge and charge cycle, the max charge was 8.08V.The company has sent a new charger and set of batteries so we will see how this performs. Out of the box, the batteries had a 7.69-7.70V prior to charging. Once fully charged, I will see how well these retain charge over the next few days and their longevity in my devices. I will update the review afterward.----Original review: 12/2022.Really wanted to like these batteries but they don’t hold a charge beyond a few days, even if it was in the charger for a day or two prior to use. I’ve bought their AA and AAA batteries and have had similar issues. Unfortunately can’t return them and I guess they’ll find a role in short term, less important things. I’ll be looking elsewhere.
