This thing should draw a lot of electricity! Every time I turn it on, my bathroom light flashes (not sure if that's the right term). This doesn't happen with my other hair tools. Plus, the controls are so easy to press while rotating. I've had several occasions where I've unintentionally raised or lowered the temperature. I'm still not 100% sure if the temperature is right, sometimes steam comes out of the thing and sometimes it doesn't, even though the temperature is the same and my hair is completely dry. All in all, I'm very careful with this thing. It does its job but I'm looking for a more reliable brand to replace it. Actually I should have returned it.
