Terrible design, you have to use it with some kind of case, not just any case but a certain type because if you just put your phone on it, it will have a 2 cm gap and the phone with its weight rests on the charge port like a scarecrow in a corn field and i have had 3 different cases that i have tried with it but we are all too wrong to fit and the charge port only sat halfway and fell off to charge that Device. I laughed, threw it back in the box and said GO!
