The ability to manage so many accounts at once, with clear reporting of ROI for each one is really great - especially when you're working in multiple locations! I've found that there are some features we wish were more user friendly (such as being able to add new clients/campaigns without having to manually upload them). We also sometimes struggle finding our way around after hours or over weekends if we have questions about an account which requires manual intervention from Support staff. Having all these tools available has helped us get results quickly while getting closer to achieving 100% client retention; it's made running ads much easier than before too.
