Review on ☕ BLACK+DECKER 12-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker in Sleek Black for a Perfect Brew by Tammy Chavez

Bought this coffee machine in February 2021 and was happy with it for a month and a half while it was working. Yesterday my husband opened the lid and she was already breathing. No we didn't get it running in time so I found it weird and a bit scary when it randomly appeared. Hubby started it today, went through about half a cycle and stalled. The green light turns on but there is no action below. Contacted Revain and of course the warranty was expired so they tried to contact B&D but the facility was closed. Hoping to resolve this. It may have been a lemon, but we'll see if B&D endorses their product. None of their products worked well. Will follow after speaking to the company. So far very disappointed with the coffee machine. Update: Spoke to B&D support and they are shipping a new replacement today. Great customer service with a quick resolution and hopefully a good new product. We've had a few B&D units in the past that haven't had any issues, so let's hope it was just a lemon. Crossed fingers! I will update if this one doesn't hold up like our past coffee makers.
