Return of goods. I've had it for about a week now and the numbers aren't fully showing which started about a day ago. This seems pretty important considering it's a software feature and you need to see the time.

Great coffee maker for the money! What I like most about this model is that if you pull out the pot in the middle of the brewing process, it actually stops, so not a drop drips onto the heating element. I definitely recommend this to others.

nice comfortable grip, good pouring, no dripping, would give 5 stars but the fact that the coffee pot lid is not removable makes the lid dangling difficult to clean. Would still buy again.

This is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. The auto brew feature is great and easy to set up. The coffee machine also has a timer that shows how long the coffee has been standing. The overall design is modern and perfect for my kitchen counter.

After the coffee has been brewed, condensation forms inside, so when you remove the kettle, water flows onto the burner. That's bad technique. Additional condensate will bypass the basket and accumulate until the pot is removed. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I love this coffee maker; he prepares coffee in no time. When the brewing time slows down, it's time to clean it. Has an automatic cleaning cycle. All that is required is to pour vinegar and water and then turn on the automatic cleaning. When it's "time" to clean it, just turn it on and let it steep.
