I am very happy with this kvm switch. I have 3 other 2-port KVM switches from different manufacturers and each of them has the same egregious error; The primary computer must be powered on before the switch recognizes the secondary computer. Not with this KVM switch, it automatically switches to the first computer turned on. Good. You can also switch the sound independently of the computer in focus, so you can listen to music from another computer. The cables are long enough and of good quality for my use. Note that mouse emulation is disabled by default, so your mouse may not work until you enable emulation with [Scroll-Lock] [Scroll-Lock] [m] [Enter ]. Mouse and keyboard need to be plugged into specific ports, so look for the small icon next to each USB port. I will buy another one soon.
