Well done but I sent it back. 3 levels of brightness does not "dim "

I'm writing this review because it seems like a great device, it just doesn't do what I consider "dimming" - "dimming" to me is that, what it is. You do it with dining room lighting - you have a knob or slider and you adjust it to be just right. This has three settings. It's more like a living room lamp with a 3-way light bulb. Okay, now that I've explained why I brought her back, why am I giving her 4 stars? It felt well built, felt like a solid/high quality device.
