I had never heard of "Cable Matters" before ordering this brand. In most cases I buy cables and connectors in bulk and make them myself. The price for her, however, was hard to miss. I ordered two 15 foot (fader to interface) and 6 foot (interface to monitors) cables for my home studio. Each cable was professionally packaged upon arrival. What stands out, at least to me, is the undeniable thickness of the cable itself. While most cables on the market are often thin and flimsy, this cable's jacket is strong and insulating. This was particularly impressive to me as these cables are used in my home recording studio where soundproofing is a HUGE factor! The connectors are solid and well constructed at both ends. Gold-plated TRS ends provide connection and great sound. I daresay I would probably save next to nothing if I tried to reproduce them myself - they are stellar in every sense of the word. The initial sound check and demo all produced flawless recording and playback sound. No pops, pops or buzzes - they are perfect. Yes, you can buy MUCH more expensive cables (off the shelf) on the market, but this is a prime example of why you shouldn't. As a music lover and musician, I can recommend them unreservedly! There can't be a better offer! GREAT!
