Product works, but dependent on task at hand you may need to repeat this several times before getting full results. Difficult to walk into the toilet, you need something with a spout. I'm not sure what the fabric is for. This is a gift? I also bought a spray but haven't used it yet. The brushes provided are good but too soft when trying to remove debris.
