I had to find a DVD player program
plug and play didn't work AT ALL! I had to go to Windows Store and find a new DVD program. The VLC player I installed on my computer didn't even run the DVD. I don't know why it is like that, but it was like that. I'm glad I found a program to use. However, I feel that the manufacturer of this external DVD player has misled people about their product.
