Frequent 2 second delays and often no typing at all

Exactly one year and one day after purchasing this product, it stopped working properly. It often lags for a few seconds before getting back to what I'm typing, and sometimes it skips my typing entirely. This is especially frustrating as I work from home as an accountant, so even the smallest mistake can cause big problems in my Excel calculations and formulas. So I know it's not user error. It was a great keyboard for a year but now it doesn't even work well enough to write this review without hesitation and causing a few bugs that need fixing. I gave it two stars because it had a great first year but I'm not happy with its current performance.

Pros

RESPONSIBLE AND LOW PROFILE KEYS. People who value accuracy when typing will feel right at home thanks to the highly sensitive scissor switches in this wireless keyboard. It prints quietly and the increased key stability reduces tip noise and makes it even more accurate. You can feel every keystroke on this wireless keyboard and mouse, but you don't have to hear it! The bottom of the keyboard features non-slip pads to keep it in place even when typing fast.
