Review on URO Parts 64 920 365 by Kyle Rose

I have used URO parts before, always good results. This is a replacement for the previously failed one. I got the first one from Amazon, it looked a little different than the OEM but connected and worked fine. For some time. After the unit failed I contacted URO for a replacement, it was outside of Amazon's return window. The device is covered by a two-year warranty from URO. They informed me that Amazon must have had a catalog error; I had the wrong part. I received an email response from URO on Sunday in less than 24 hours! And two consecutive letters with a response time of less than 12 hours. I received the correct part and Amazon refunded me for the first unit. Very happy with both companies.
