URO Parts 64 920 365 Review

This part is ideal for replacing a defective OEM part. It's only been on my 2002 BMW 325CI for a month but so far so good! And believe me, you're going to want this part to work because replacing it is a job you don't want to do twice! Step by step tutorials on You Tube saved the day!

This specific part, 64 11 6 920 365 will not fit 2003 325i. There is a semi-circular notch on one side of each properly installed fan resistor, but this part does not have this notch. Without a notch, the part will not pass the securing clip. We actually broke the clamp and figured the screws were just holding it in place, but even without the clamp the part wouldn't fit properly. tl; dr: wrong shape, doesn't fit.

It was a total nightmare to replace this one. It was so difficult to get there, especially when it's hot outside, that we needed 2 trade slots! But overall my son has air conditioning in his car again and the product works great. The price was fantastic, I checked the local car dealerships I've been to because they offer great prices but for this one they wanted over $100 so I bought it at a great price, it works and my son has to don't bake it in the car :)

I have used URO parts before, always good results. This is a replacement for the previously failed one. I got the first one from Amazon, it looked a little different than the OEM but connected and worked fine. For some time.
