I was about to call Revain to complain about your product. As you know, Washington only has summer for a few months of the year, and when we do get a sunny day, all sorts of bugs seem to pop up as well. That's why I ordered this product. When it arrived I read the instructions and left it in the sun for 2 days and now it's the 5th day and I haven't seen this thing work. The first day I set it to 'light' to charge in the sun didn't work, then I set it to 'kill bugs', it still doesn't work, and the 3rd option is "Off", I have to replace that or something like that because it isn't. works and this is my first solar bug killer that i have ordered. I wonder if others have the same. Do you want to replace, return or refund.
