I like it very much! I got it for Christmas. I don't mind cleaning it. That's not difficult. I love that: my hot tea stays as hot as possible. I asked for this for Christmas as I needed a way to keep my tea hot throughout the day. I didn't add my own coffee but I know it will work great. I pour boiling water into it at 9am in preparation for the Christmas gathering with my family at noon. The hot water was for a hot candy bar and it was a hit. Because it's so big, there was still water in it, and when I dumped what was left at 9:30 p.m., I burned my finger. It was still hot. So I asked my husband for a carafe and thank goodness he found it on Amazon. I highly recommend it.
