Review on πŸͺœ Jinby Dual Height 2 Step Stool for Kids: Versatile Bathroom and Kitchen Solution in Gray by Katie Harris

Revainrating 5 out of 5

3 year old granddaughter loves it!

It's flat and requires assembly which is fairly easy apart from nailing steps to it - it almost took a rubber mallet to nail them but I tapped a little with my palms to get it right it to get all the way down the stairs. I wasn't sure this little stool would be as good as it looks a little flimsy but turns out to be very solid! And I'm strict about step stools because they need to be really safe for toddlers and as strong as possible, and this one really beats my picks. A slight downside is that it can tip forward from the bottom step if the toddler doesn't take a horizontal step - like stepping up and then bending over to jump off - hmmm. But my granddaughter quickly learned not to do that, but to jump off without any extra tips or other problems. No, I don't recommend kids jumping from it, but. turn around and this is perfect for that too. Didn't fall off the top step no matter what she did. So I'm not too concerned about her accidentally injuring herself from a weak step or a fallen chair. I also stood on it to see if it would flex under a 200+ pound load and it didn't. I don't recommend it for adults as the steps are narrow, just wanted to make sure it could hold some weight and not fall apart. It's also the right height for my 3 year old granddaughter's sink to brush her teeth, it's a bit high for her age so kids under 3 will probably need to pull up a bit but not for long. She also works at my kitchen table so she can watch me prepare meals and treats, and of course she loves getting little bites along the way. - for double stepper motor. It doesn't fold which is normal as I haven't found a foldable device that I feel safe with a toddler as it seems too easy to accidentally fold (or intentionally pinch your fingers) or they are fragile and foldable. ways I don't like.
