This cooling system was not only poorly designed, but also incorrectly connected. Luckily, rewiring was easy since the positive and negative wires were clearly color-coded on each component. The main problem with this design is the use of metal screws to connect the cold and hot side components, which more or less shortens the cooling process by transferring heat to the cold plate. So I removed the floating and latching fans and removed the metal screws that go into the cold plate with the nylon screws. This almost doubled the cooling capacity. It's hard to believe that any design would use metal screws to connect the cold and hot side components. I gave this three stars because the components are of decent quality and after the rewiring and design as outlined above this thing works very well. I'll probably buy another one of these.
