Review on Liquitex Professional Matte Gel Medium, 16-oz: Enhance your art with reliable matte gel medium by Michelle Hall

I am a professional artist working with acrylic paints. I have been using this product for many years with great satisfaction. I ordered this 32 oz. Glass and product applied as usual. Typically the product is white and opaque when first applied and then dries to a crystal clear, lustrous finish within a few hours as advertised. This time the product dried as usual but did NOT clear. It stayed white and opaque, completely destroying my client's canvas. I either had to get my $500 commission back or ask them for another month to paint a brand new portrait again. Not only did this defective product cost me my purchase price, but worse, it cost me months of my time and effort and tarnished my reputation for meeting deadlines.
