I could miss a few issues like the volume control (skipping a bunch of songs while you're trying to change the volume) and too many things to navigate to get to my music. However, after 10 days of using the device in the water and 8 days of using it in the water, I will most likely return it. This morning the (heaped) headphones worked in the water for about five minutes and then there was no sound at all. After sitting on the sidelines for 10 minutes trying to resolve the issue, I gave up. That's twice (in 8 days) I've had to fiddle with the device while swimming. When I got home, I followed the troubleshooting tips and cleaned them, put on new earbuds, and there was still very little sound from one ear (and the volume was turned up). I tried other headphones from a different music player and they worked fine. I haven't spent $250 messing around with a player while swimming. I plan to return to my other player which has a simpler design and working headphones.
