Review on Connect in the Office by Nikith Brewster

I like how they have a simple platform and also an API available if need be. It is very useful for us as we try to keep track of our workers across multiple sites. We are able to see who does not have internet access and send them information via email or messenger so they can get their work done from home as well. Sometimes you can forget about some of the updates as they move away but it's very straightforward and you can check in on the status at any time. Some of the information gets lost within the system and only allows for an hour window of viewing/changing. This is great for keeping track of our site supervisors. We can also find out exactly where our workers are across our company by using this. So far no issues as it is a very straight forward product and does what we want it to do. The ease at which I am able to access my employees from anywhere is great! We have been using this software since it first came out so we are very familiar but there really isn't anything i dislike about them other than maybe some minor glitches here or there when updating something like an address etc.,but nothing major just little things. It's amazing how much easier everything makes running day-to-day operations now as well as keeping everyone informed!!
