Did you know that inkjet images blur when Mod Podge is applied to them? Well I'm sure YOU did. but I didn't! ;) I started making switch covers with MP. I didn't notice any bleeding initially since I was using busy patterns. But then I started printing an object or two on white paper. BUT! It was terrible! I felt a bit stupid because I just didn't know this was going to happen! First I tried to "seal" the printout with acrylic spray. I didn't work no matter how many shifts. I've done countless internet searches looking for anything that might "seal" the ink! This product doesn't even fit! I just happened to see the name of this product on a blog I was reading. I was so excited to get it! I *probably* waited for the UPS driver and scared him to death when I opened the door before he even knocked. It works great! I've used it on a few pieces and none of them bleed once the glue was applied to them! I used my finger and brush. I like the brush better as fingerprints are difficult to remove. Which I don't really care since I'm chilling anyway, but here's the OCD! ;) A little goes a long way, as everyone else has said. Very important: LET SOAK OVERNIGHT! I tried using glue right after icing and there was some bleeding. Not as much as before but it was. I let the paper sit for about 6 hours and there was no bleeding. I went a little crazy and luckily Judikin's Micro Glaze saved me! I *probably* waited for the UPS driver and scared him to death when I opened the door before he even knocked. It works great!
