Suitable for some work but not fine cutting
I've had a lot of decoupage shears and these aren't the best. They cut well in a straight line, but once you start flipping the paper the cut gets out of hand and you lose the fine control you need to cut for decoupage. They're good for other small projects, so I'm keeping them, but for decoupage and fine cutting, forget it.
