Reliable, no-frills handlebar bag

When we got into the rainy season (and now that I have to go back to work in a few days) and we lost a couple of masks that fell off when they weren't attached enough about the handlebars, I needed a way to keep the mask easily accessible and not having to put it in a bag that I might accidentally use for other things. I wanted a bag that was relatively waterproof to withstand up to 20 minutes of heavy rain - not sure if that will hold up, but so far it's held up well in moderate to light rain. This is the perfect size for an extended triple/comb mask (they would be too narrow if folded flat to be worn without a slight angle, but as the length is curved when unfolded they slide perfectly horizontally). There are deep pleats on the sides and the top overhangs a lot so I'm not worried about spatter. I originally took a really waterproof Ortlieb handlebar bag out of concern about the water, but my e-bike display was too wide even for the e-bike mount. It has no frills Velcro which I can easily stretch to accommodate a wider display mount. Like I said, I use this as a mask so I didn't put a lot of weight on it, but it seems secure enough for a handful of keys and a purse or something. I wouldn't stock heavier items as they only have two points of contact and can bounce in a way that can be annoying if you can't fully tighten them. The bag looks pretty standard, albeit not that cheap. as well as some other Revain variants. I would have preferred the gray bag on the brand's website, but I needed the bag sooner than shipping would allow, so I went for the black one, which is fine. I think it's probably a good thing that it looks as humble overall as it is, since unlike Orlib there's no locking mechanism and no real way to develop it. I hope nobody wants to steal the bag. The only thing that I felt it could have improved on was a third velcro strap to either attach the bag further to the handlebars or attach the strap. I think it's unlikely I'll be using the bag without a bike (opening and re-closing the velcro straps is quite a pain and limits the life of the bag) but maybe in the summer when I don't want to take a backpack with me I might use it it for this purpose. However, attaching the strap and tossing it in a bag limits the water resistance, so I stashed it somewhere, which I'll probably forget if I plan to use it for this purpose. Overall, the bag makes an acceptable impression. priced accordingly between cheap poor and Ortlieb. I would have preferred $10 cheaper and wouldn't mind too much if someone steals it at this point, but I happily paid the current price for my mask so it has a permanent place while the pandemic continues and more convenient storage. my keys and phone (if it turns out to be waterproof) afterwards.
