It can be a frustrating experience forcibly prying off your iPad while trying to remove that old glass that shatters when you touch it. They heat up the iPad so much that you're afraid of melting something nearby. You've finally removed the glass, removed the LCD, and properly removed the old ribbon cables. Easy road here. Installation takes 5 minutes compared to an hour of agonizing removal of old broken glass.
