Not for children for oral pain relief

Bought for my 8 year old. I did exactly what the instructions say. The first pair shrunk so quickly! try again with the second pair, it will not bite. I told him to try sleeping with them because he grinds his teeth at night. The first night he said he was very uncomfortable with both of them as they weren't sticking to his teeth. Over the next few days I told him to try at least once. Also sleeping with one is very uncomfortable.
