Review on Enhance Engine Performance with Beck Arnley 158-0810 Fuel Injection Manifold Pressure Sensor by Ian Bates

Beck Arnley Intake Manifold Air Pressure and Temperature Sensor

Worked fine on my Hyundai. I entered the code for the manifold air temperature sensor which is also part of this sensor. So far so good, the test engine fired and didn't come back and I feel a slight increase in performance. He is not left as it was. A yellowish liquid ran out of the old one. Maybe it was something from the sensor, or maybe I just needed to clean it, but honestly why would I have yellowish liquid when it precedes any fuel? I don't know, so my guess is that the old OEM sensor has failed. It only has 50,000 miles on it, but I've been frustrated with OEM parts failure for years. If you are looking for a manifold air temperature sensor this is it. It's not a $150 mass air flow sensor and I had to call three Hyundai dealers in the parts departments to get one of them to agree with an official Hyundai repair manual I picked up a few years ago which is also lacking information, but he points out the same thing. sensor in the diagram. In any case, good luck. Save a few bucks and do it yourself
