    2002 HYUNDAI ELANTRA

    I bought a stock MS20 MAP sensor first but the screw holes don't match mine. I had to send it back. I then ordered a MAP sensor from Autozone, but it only had one screw hole on one side, even though the picture on their computer showed two.     Faulty part best for pressure

    My first MAP sensor failed on my 2002 Elantra after 123,000 miles. I bought this, installed it and the check engine light went out. The car ran flawlessly for a short time. Then my car started having various problems: stalled while driving, check engine light came on, needed gas to start and something like a misfire at high speeds.     Beck Arnley Intake Manifold Air Pressure and Temperature Sensor

    Worked fine on my Hyundai. I entered the code for the manifold air temperature sensor which is also part of this sensor. So far so good, the test engine fired and didn't come back and I feel a slight increase in performance. He is not left as it was. A yellowish liquid ran out of the old one.
