I like how quick it updates our facebook page! You can see right away if there are any likes or comments made by customers after they've been posted/reached out for purchase- very helpful. They don't do enough customizations when comparing other platforms - just as easy setup process though!! If nothing else (and this isn’t necessarily their fault), make sure someone knows who needs access before creating groups unless its specific people only involved within certain projects; otherwise things get kindof jumbled up at first look haha 😉. Tracking my customer stats through them was super simple compared using google analytics so now i know exactly where each individual visit came FROM instead having those pesky referrals go into another account which could end being tricky later downthe road ;). The system is easy to use and has a great user interface. It is very helpful to track traffic, and the customer service is great. It is one of the best options to track traffic and see the results. It is very easy to use and understand. There is nothing I dislike about the software. I highly recommend it. I am able to track traffic and see and analyze the results. I am able to optimize my website and get more traffic.
