The best thing about this software was the fact that it allowed me to keep track of all my project's information from each team member in one place so I can easily access them when needed. It kept getting slower over time which made managing everything difficult because once you open up an item or task for editing it will be very hard to close without losing your work. This has been resolved by updating some plugins but still needs improvement. Try it as long as it is free if you want to try it before buying it. We used it for our internal projects so we could quickly upload tasks into different teams at any given time.
