Nissan Quest 2012 - I did "transmission service" at the dealer, who actually only removed the transmission drain plug, drained the old fluid, put the screw back in and filled it in exactly same amount of new fluid. That's it - the filters are not washed or changed. You also don't worry about replacing the other 6 liters or so of fluid that is somewhere else in the CVT system. (That's why it's important to change the fluid at intervals - the total fluid doesn't change by about 45%.) At home, that's 20-25 minutes of work. The connector requires a 10 mm Allen key. I read somewhere that this manufacturer actually makes a Nissan branded fluid and it is needed under warranty. Now that my car is out of warranty I switched to this product to save a lot of money. The van drives like new (no modifications). Having saved money I plan on changing it a lot more often to keep a higher percentage of new fluid in it. I plan to go with an interval of 25-30k. (That would mean a little over 90% of the original fluid was replaced with about 130,000.) UPDATE: No problem. Simply opt for another drain and fill change to increase the amount of new fluid over the original. I have time while I hide at home.
