The first AMD CPU I've installed in my system in a very long time has been using Intel exclusively for the last few system updates. I'm glad I made the switch. The first thing I noticed was that multitasking has become noticeably faster. I couldn't see any noticeable difference in games in terms of FPS. I transferred this process to the MSI x470 Carbon Pro motherboard. Put a Corsair H75 water cooling on it. Installed Ripjaws 3200 RAM and this system works great. When using HWiNFO64 to log temperatures, I've never seen the CPU hit the 70C mark, even after several hours of gaming sessions. This did not happen on my Intel system with the same cooler. The temperature often approached 80C and caused hiccups when I was playing the game and trying to stream at the same time. If I had a sentence it would be like this; Don't skimp on the lamb. The advantage of Ryzen over the Intel system lies in the memory architecture. Take advantage of this by adding quality RAM to your system. It was a little pricey but I went with the G-Skill Ripjaws 3200 CAS 14.
