The most important thing about this tool was it's ease of use for my team to be able gather insights from our customer base online/offline without having any marketing or sales staff at all! It also allowed us as marketers easy access into data that we hadn't been privy too before (such as what people read). I don’t think there were many downsides but if you have already used another lead generation platform then maybe some things will seem new because they are different tools than others out their - like how LinkedIn offers certain features more so then other sites might not offer such similar ones?
