I liked how easy it was to use for marketing campaigns tracking & reporting of results! The most important thing about this tool was it's ease of use for my team to be able gather insights from our customer base online/offline without having any marketing or sales staff at all! It also allowed us as marketers easy access into data that we hadn't been privy too before (such as what people read). The ability to see all of my leads, customers, companies, etc. in one place. I like that it allows me to filter by industry, company size, and location. It can be difficult to find what you're looking for sometimes, but overall I'm happy with BC. There are some things I wish were easier to use (like sorting), and there are some features that I would love to have (such as the ability to send emails directly from a lead).
