Review on BlueChasm, LLC by Wayne Drakh

The ability to see all of my leads, customers, companies, etc. in one place. I like that it allows me to filter by industry, company size, and location. It can be difficult to find what you're looking for sometimes, but overall I'm happy with BC. There are some things I wish were easier to use (like sorting), and there are some features that I would love to have (such as the ability to send emails directly from a lead). However, it does seem like they are working towards solving those problems. We've been able to improve our pipeline and provide better customer experiences through using BlueChasm.
