The best thing about Oakpont is their customer service team who are always willing to help you out with any questions or issues that come up during your migration process. Their support staff also made sure everything went smoothly for us as we moved our mailboxes over into O365. There isn't anything I dislike at this point in time but if there was something I would definitely say it's the price tag. It can be very costly depending on what level of service you need. If you're looking for someone trustworthy then go ahead and give them a call! They will not disappoint you. We were able to move all of our emails/contacts seamlessly into one platform without losing data or having to worry about downtime. This allowed me to spend more time focusing my efforts on other projects rather than worrying about backups and maintenance.
