Excellent customer service, quick response time

The support team is very knowledgeable with the products they are supporting. They have been able to assist us in solving our day-to-day issues without being too intrusive or causing any disruption to our daily operations. They work hard to keep up with the latest releases and provide timely updates to their customers. Nothing that we dislike about Oakpont. I would recommend them for anything cloud related. Exceptional Service - Would Hire Again (and again)

The team at OakPon is very professional and knowledgeable in their field which makes working with them easy! They are able to help any size organization navigate through each step needed for success. From beginning planning stages all the way thru implementation they have been there every step bringing clarity when things get complicated or confusing. Excellent Customer Service & Professional Implementation

The best thing about Oakpont is their customer service team who are always willing to help you out with any questions or issues that come up during your migration process. Their support staff also made sure everything went smoothly for us as we moved our mailboxes over into O365. There isn't anything I dislike at this point in time but if there was something I would definitely say it's the price tag. It can be very costly depending on what level of service you need. Great Migration Partner - Would HIGHLY recommend

I like that they have so many different options for us when it comes to our emails being migrated over to O365. It allows us flexibility in how we can best serve our clients with the ease of managing multiple accounts all at once! The only thing is that their customer service isn't always there or quick enough sometimes. That's not really anything specific though, just general support issues.
