The support team is very knowledgeable with the products they are supporting. They have been able to assist us in solving our day-to-day issues without being too intrusive or causing any disruption to our daily operations. They work hard to keep up with the latest releases and provide timely updates to their customers. Nothing that we dislike about Oakpont. I would recommend them for anything cloud related. We've had no complaints about working with the support team at Oakpont. They are excellent and always go above and beyond to ensure their clients are satisfied.
