I like that they have so many different options for us when it comes to our emails being migrated over to O365. It allows us flexibility in how we can best serve our clients with the ease of managing multiple accounts all at once! The only thing is that their customer service isn't always there or quick enough sometimes. That's not really anything specific though, just general support issues. They do what they say they are going to do and don't leave you hanging if something goes wrong along the way. Their staff has been fantastic thus far and will make sure everything gets taken care of. Email migration process was pretty simple and went smoothly.
