Does not maintain a constant precise (or even global) temperature. There is no temperature setting on the dial. I turned the dial to the "low" setting, waited 15 minutes, then checked the temperature with a heat gun. I repeated this several times and got readings anywhere between 55-73-150 degrees Fahrenheit. The kegs that I need to keep warm need to be kept between 70 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit or the chemical inside will lose its composition. This is a 1 star rating. In fact, I wish more thought and engineering was put into the product for this use. Either save just from freezing or cook. Only 2 options.
