great program to use for customer retention & retention campaigns!

The ease of signing up new employees, contractors or even existing customers is one thing I like best about this program. It's so easy to use! They have an online portal that makes it very simple for our staff members to create profiles in order to log-in as well. We've started to see some benefits with using their software - we are able track activity much more easily than before (especially when you're talking hundreds at once). There can be many things wrong within your application process but they seem responsive enough if there is something major going awry. If someone doesn't find what he/she needs after searching through all available options then reach out via email directly. Most likely you will get quick responses back from them because there aren't too many complaints filed against signiq right now which gives me peace knowing my team has nothing bad to say about working here. Being at times confused by how information flows between departments internally; however these problems were quickly resolved upon contacting customer support who was extremely helpful despite time differences across regions throughout America & Canada. The ability to do customer retention, upsells etc without having to send emails or texts is great! I don't have any dislikes for this software at all as of yet (we've only been using it about 2 weeks). It's easy to set-up your first campaign and get started right away with no issues. We are able to see who opens our email campaigns so we can quickly identify which ones need more follow-ups later down the road if needed.
