I like that you can create your own branded templates as well as use off-the-shelf templates which are very customizable. It's easy to add custom elements, icons or colors to any of our screens. The UI is great; it works very intuitively so even beginners get up and running quickly. The ease of signing up new employees, contractors or even existing customers is one thing I like best about this program. It's so easy to use! They have an online portal that makes it very simple for our staff members to create profiles in order to log-in as well. We've started to see some benefits with using their software - we are able track activity much more easily than before (especially when you're talking hundreds at once).
