I like that you can create your own branded templates as well as use off-the-shelf templates which are very customizable. It's easy to add custom elements, icons or colors to any of our screens. The UI is great; it works very intuitively so even beginners get up and running quickly. As with all ATS software we've used in the past, it has been an ongoing challenge for us to manage user accounts across multiple sites/domains (each with their own database). And there have not always been clear answers about how best to handle duplicate data. We're solving this problem by centralizing our CRM system across all domains.
