Review on Hook Security by Greg Baker

The ability to send out automatic emails is pretty awesome. We use this with our employee onboarding process so they automatically receive an email right after their account has been created (or updated!). It's also really easy to turn it off since we are notified when someone opts in or not! I don't have any dislikes about working with them at all! Their team gets along great and support from senior management is always top notch as well. Great product; saves us a lot of time during new hires/retention processes and helps engage everyone faster. Our users love that we're able to quickly identify what is important to them, allowing us to communicate immediately versus waiting until later to have discussions / feedback requests related to certain events. The best thing about this software is that it has a lot of features. I like that there are so many types of content to choose from which makes it easy to create an engaging training program. It also allows the user to customize the experience as needed. There is not much to dislike about this product. If you want a great training platform with tons of options, go for it! We have been able to engage our team members in a fun environment. They enjoy participating in our training programs.
