This mattress pad has an average feel. It has a little more loft than the others, but that's about it. It doesn't seem to affect how warm/cold my mattress is. It adds a bit of firmness to my gel foam topper, which wasn't what I wanted, but not enough to make much of a difference. It covers my 14 inch mattress/topper quite well. Upgrading this from three stars to one because tonight I received a message from the seller offering me a $50 "refund" and asking me to change my rating. Well that's a change. If I'm offered money to change my rating, I find that unethical and reprehensible!
