Examined and measured all the 16x24 towels and they all came out as expected. Upon receipt, wash in cold water with a mild detergent. When I took it out of the washing machine, three (3) towels did not shrink and looked and measured exactly as I received it; however, the fourth towel was reduced to 10 x 16, one long side was badly worn and the towel became unusable.
